All products excluding software (see below) may be returned within 7 days of the date of purchase for any reason, provided they are in the same condition in which they left the store.
Products may still be returned up to 30 days after the date of purchase for any reason, but a 15% restocking fee will apply.
A restocking fee of 15% will also apply in the case of products with damaged packaging and/or broken seals.
Defective products sold with a TTE.CA warranty may be repaired or replaced under warranty within the warranty period specified.
Warranties on computing devices only covers mechanical and electrical defects. They do not cover software-related issues or physical damage caused by the user.
Your defective product may have to be sent back to our vendor for repair or replacement. Please allow 1-4 weeks (on average) to complete this process.
We are not responsible for manufacturer warranties. However, we can deal with the manufacturer on your behalf in exchange for an administration and shipping fee.
All software is final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances, even if it is still sealed.
